The residual food has two kinds of traits such as the waste and the resource.
It generates much bad smell and wastewater, is regarded as the wastes, and thus
is thrown away. However, we does not regard this waste, but the resource by
turning the thinking.

2) Explanation of dewatering water treatment problem
Comparison of the leachate treating technology(in the case of treating 100 tons
of food waste,
(1) existing technology : Occurrence emission of leachate of 30 tons(over BOD
20,000ppm)
* The leachate over 30% occurs in the process of treatment but emits without
wastewater.
(2) EN-Tech Bio : Occurrence and emission of dewatering water of 280 tons(over
BOD 700~800ppm)
* The dewatering water of about 280 tons occurs by diluting food waste and underground
water at the rate of 2:1 and dehydrating it. It emits after aeration treatment.
* Comparison of result : In case diluting 30 tons of BOD 20,000ppm with BOD
700~800ppm,
the dewatering water of 750 tons occurs with the existing technology
